Puerto Rican Coquito with Chai Dream Infusion

Coquito (little coconut) is a traditional cocktail with origins in Puerto Rico. The beverage is a holiday staple often consumed around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and into the New Year. The beverage’s signature ingredients are coconut milk, coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, and rum.
Ingredients
Spiced Tea
4 cups of hot water
2 tablespoons of Wish Tea Chai Delight
4 cinnamon sticks
Coquito
2 (15 oz) cans cream of coconut
2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
2 cups white rum (Bacardí Superior or Don Q)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Ground cinnamon for garnish
Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Directions
Boil Wish Tea Chai Delight and cinnamon sticks in water for 10 minutes. Steep the brew for an additional 10 minutes to strengthen the flavor signature.
Strain the brew and set it aside.
Add spice tea blend, cream of coconut, sweetend condensed milk, evaporated milk, rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon into a blender. Blend until well mixed. Pour into a glass bottle with a seal. Refrigerate the cocktail overnight for the best flavor. Shake well before serving. To enjoy your blend, pour the fusion into your favorite glass and garnish with ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
Storage
Coquito should be refrigerated. The beverage can last for 4-8 weeks. Shake before serving, and serve cold.
